In an advisory role, Hutton will support Greenfly’s overall growth strategy and business development efforts around the globe.
Hutton brings over 30 years of experience spanning social media, broadcasting and sports agencies. Most recently, Hutton served as Director of Media Partnerships at Meta, spearheading the company’s sports partnerships. He was responsible for leading the sports strategy worldwide for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Meta Quest and Portal.
He has guided media rights-holders through the rapid rise of short-form content, the emergence of new digital forms of storytelling, and the shift in engagement of younger audiences to the voices of individual athletes. Prior to Meta, Hutton’s focus was in the sports broadcasting space. He led some of the biggest broadcasters across Europe, Asia and the Indian subcontinent, including Fox Broadcasting Company, ESPN Star Sports and Eurosport.
