Marwan’s agency and brand expertise will fuel Greenfly’s next phase of growth beyond sports and entertainment
SANTA MONICA, CALIF. (September 22, 2025) – Greenfly, the leader in powering content operations for the world of sports and entertainment, today announced Sammi Marwan has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Based in London, Marwan has more than 15 years of experience with leading brands and agencies across media, entertainment, and sports, including senior roles at BCG, EY, and Endeavor supporting clients such as WPP, Comcast, Disney, the BBC, the R&A and AELTC.
As COO, Marwan will lead Greenfly’s global operational strategy, with a focus on accelerating growth and broadening the company’s reach beyond sports and entertainment into partnerships with leading brands and agencies. He will be responsible for aligning Greenfly’s product, engineering, sales, marketing and customer success teams to support a rapidly growing client base across new verticals, while also strengthening the company’s relationships in EMEA and APAC.

Prior to joining Greenfly, Marwan served as Vice President of Strategy, Operations & Growth at Endeavor/TKO (including IMG), where he built the company’s strategic consulting practice, refined the operating model and improved efficiency across multiple divisions.
Most recently, Marwan founded and led RLO Consulting, advising U.S. companies on UK market entry, M&A strategy and go-to-market execution plans. His strategic work has helped clients unlock over $100M in deal value and tens of millions in new ARR. Earlier in his career, Marwan was a Principal at FT Strategies, where he helped grow the Financial Times’ consultancy arm from inception to over $30M in annual recurring revenue within 18 months.
